I am heading out the door to run a bunch of elf errands. But I wanted to post about my workout yesterday so I can keep track of my HBBC points...

:: walk/run 3 miles (3 pts)
:: resistance bands 15 min (1 pt)
:: 30 min stretching (1 pt) 

Also, I saw Doubt last night. It was very thought provoking. The movie was good but I am not sure if it is "one of the best movies of the year" as some people are claiming...
